RecommendedAvana Woods overall is okay. There are some pest issues (from neighbors I’ve spoken with or heard complain) and at times it does seem like it takes a little longer for things to get done, or that you have to constantly follow up with them, but the staff does try. The staff is friendly & again try to be helpful. My biggest issue is the water is constantly getting shut off with little to no notice. Do not rent here the leasing office will do nothing to solve your issues I have contacted them regarding safety concerns, building issues and billing issues and nothing is ever solved
This place is a joke. I called 4 times trying to get pricing information and floor plan information to potentially move in & I never got contacted back. I called again finally got a lady named Yolanda on the phone & she did not want to help me what so ever. She kept telling me that everything is online. I asked why she could not assist me and give me more information & she told me she was too busy to assist me & that once again everything was online that shes not going to sit there and go over every floor plan with me... The dumpster is so full and overflowing that they put up police tape in several parking spots near dumpster. 🤬
This place is so disgusting. The last 6 months with new management has been an absolute joke. No Response on maintenance request. Water turned off for no reason. But the fact that you’re evicting people and leaving their furniture in the Parking lot For over a week is unreal! No one should be paying over $1,000 in rent to have to walk out to see that every day. We haven't had any issues since being here. The management seems to have improved since the last one.
Currently, I live in building 29 and it is rat infested. The leasing office is refusing to let me move after 13 rats have been caught and still living in the ceiling and the walls. The dishwasher smell like a dead rat is underneath. I have proof that the regional manager and the acting property manager agreed I can move but they have not sent me any lease agreements to move into another apartment. They act like they care but they dont. This has been a nightmare living with rats on a daily basis and they are stating I need to... read more
Professional staff. Clean with NO BUGS... 😍 The maintenance crew is also good and professional. We had some delays during the changing of the guards, however, that tends to happen with the production of change. I have been here for a year now, and I have never had any problems. My neighbors are very kind and everyone minds their own business. 😘
The staff was very helpful inside the office and Crystal even helped me get my package right after they closed for the day.
