Very unprofessional and unhelpful. This person allowed me to apply for a unit and withheld key information until I wasted my time and effort gathering documentation. She finally revealed that I would need to have a years worth of savings to qualify for the unit despite me showing I can make monthly payments. After I left a 1 star review for dissatisfaction for her services she emailed me stating that it was “wrong” of me to do so and then unnecessary stated good luck with my life.
