Dr Ho listens but his staff does not introduce themselves, and if you have a billing issue forget about it. You unable to talk to anybody. There is no office manager. You leave numerous phone calls. Nobody returns your call. You Send email nobody emails you back. I mentioned this to the doctor when I saw him he acted rather clueless . He said they were easy to get a hold of as they are an outside company.
