I had an ear infection and was struggling getting into a doctor so I decided to go here to get help with it. I also have ADHD and was told I could get help with that at the same time. I had been living out of province for several years and was told by my doctor I just needed to have my bottle with my prescription to get my meds refilled. I had a very disappointing experience with Nurse Practitioner Lisa Clark Muschoot. She arrived to our appointment 20 minutes late and immediately commented that I “seemed off” rather than reviewing my file or discussing my medical history. When I asked about my blood test results and what she was specifically looking for, she avoided answering the questions entirely.
