Had my first appointment yesterday with Lisa and I was blown away from the quality of service and compassion I received from here . She takes great pride in her work and getting to know her patients .
Lisa is great to work with and you can tell she cares about her patients! She is very knowledgeable about mental health.
I had an unbelievably amazing experience with Chanelle Gaudet (nurse practitioner). She was so thorough within the amount of time we had for our appointment! She asked me such thoughtful questions and truly took time to fully understand my health history and my concerns.
Highly disorganized. Somehow changed both the time and duration (1hr to 20 min) of my appointment without telling me. They had successfully contacted me by emailed me in the past and when asked why I did not receive an email, Lisa mentioned I must have been mixed up with someone else. Terrible experience. I will not be going back.
I am spiraling downwards now whith my withdrawal, it's getting worse by the week. I was so excited when I met Lisa and we made a plan for my withdrawal. Along the way I unfortunately messed up with my pills, I started to get really sick I actually ended up in emergency. But before that I had tried getting ahold of Lisa to ask her for some help had to tell her that I had messed up on the pills. That was about 3-4 weeks ago.
