The arrangement I ordered for my friends birthday didn’t exactly hit the mark with the inspo pictures I shared with them. I was initially disappointed, but their customer service is impeccable & willingness to make things right with a partial refund is why I will try them again in the future. This is how you keep customers after a miscommunication, instead of driving them away. They delivered on time & they have modern, unique style of putting together arrangements.

Not only are her bouquets the most beautiful and distinct I’ve seen in Miami, but Sabrina delivers. She is kind, patient, detailed and responsible. Neroli did our wedding floral arrangements and it was all even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.
