Lack of communication, doesn’t get back to appointment requests made 7/22 or follow up to see if appt for 8/9 will be approved. Shame, was looking forward to getting an experience for my fiance here. Maybe Frank doesn’t want new clients? Either way, a response would have been nice so I could have found another barber sooner. I blocked out my fiances name in the texts

I’ve been going to Frank for over 3 years now and he’s always done a great job. 3rd generation barber with a lot of time behind the clippers and scissors! Always takes his time and makes a great conversation. Thanks Frank, appreciate ya!
