Simply put: Frank an artist! I’ve finally found a barber who consistently cuts my hair just the way I want it. He always makes sure that he fully understands what I am looking to get done and then really takes a pride in cutting it accordingly. He communicates throughout which is great so you are always aware of him making any little tweaks/adjustments as he goes along.
