I asked the Tigard team to help me select and set up my next computer. Andrei helped me find the laptop that really fits my needs. The manufacturer sent us the wrong machine but Whitney caught the mistake and configured the replacement with no hassle. John extended to me an additional 30 days of support in case anything else came up (it hasn't)... I really got the value I hoped for out of the support I requested which is rare in this day and age. I am super grateful 🙏🏻
In August I realized that my PC was slow and not reliable overall. I hoped to get it fixed and wanted to check out options for a fix. I tried Nerds to Go in Milwaukie and took my computer in for evaluation. They told me it was old and probably replacing it was my best option. My PC was clearly old and not working. So not to sound mushy but Nerds To Go in Tigard has proven to be the best technical service team I have found in years. Previously, Rory and team have helped me navigate tough technical issues. Recently, I needed some immediate and knowledgeable technical support replacing my husband's old/outdated tower computer.
