I've used NerdsToGo in Ashland, VA several times to help me with IT and security issues for my home and business. They are a great team and provide excellent service. James, Josh, and Chuck are all excellent to deal with. I highly recommend them.
NerdsToGo - Richmond, VA (with offices in Ashland, VA) provided me with top-notch service in diagnosing problems with our aging laptop computers and in porting our data to new laptop computers. Our last IT Support/Computer Repair service mucked up our computers and then apparently went out of business. The NerdsToGo team worked quickly to solve the problems caused by our last service provider. James and Josh were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Highly recommend!
Josh and the whole team at NerdsToGo have been lifesavers! Having them in the background managing the tech parts of our business that aren't within my wheelhouse provides a sense of security that I didn't have when managing our tech alone. Chuck and James were incredibly helpful as my team was trying to figure out how to use some unfamiliar software that required us to re-examine our hardware, too. They were extremely knowledgeable from the start, and took time to do additional research along the way so that their recommendations met our needs exactly. Furthermore, their professionalism and friendliness made every conversation enjoyable. I'm so grateful, and look forward to continuing to work with them!
We had a persistent problem with my wife's laptop. I have a background in IT and tried many ways to fix it. One visit to their convenient location in Air Park, Hanover and Josh fixed the problem. They are courteous, professional and efficient. I highly recommend them.
