I've used NerdsToGo in Ashland, VA several times to help me with IT and security issues for my home and business. They are a great team and provide excellent service. James, Josh, and Chuck are all excellent to deal with. I highly recommend them.
NerdsToGo - Richmond, VA (with offices in Ashland, VA) provided me with top-notch service in diagnosing problems with our aging laptop computers and in porting our data to new laptop computers. Our last IT Support/Computer Repair service mucked up our computers and then apparently went out of business. The NerdsToGo team worked quickly to solve the problems caused by our last service provider. James and Josh were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Highly recommend!

I spent 2 hours this morning with other vendors attempting to get assistance with a system upgrade to a home desktop computer, all to end in nothing but frustration and fury. Chuck and James were incredibly helpful as my team was trying to figure out how to use some unfamiliar software that required us to re-examine our hardware, too.
