Exceptional service. James spent an extraordinary amount of time getting my new computer set up. He is knowledgeable, dedicated, and most of all very professional. I highly recommend this company.
I spent 2 hours this morning with other vendors attempting to get assistance with a system upgrade to a home desktop computer, all to end in nothing but frustration and fury. One call to Nerds, spoke with James and was provided the answer I needed within 2 minutes I post now to say that for any future needs, this is the group that I will contact. So refreshing! Thank you!

We had a persistent problem with my wife's laptop. I have a background in IT and tried many ways to fix it. One visit to their convenient location in Air Park, Hanover and Josh fixed the problem. They are courteous, professional and efficient. I highly recommend them.
