Chad and his team at Nerds to Go really helped me with my new laptop. They were able to stop all the pop-up ads that were really slowing down my computer and driving me crazy. And they were able to fix the problem remotely! I would recommend the Nerds to Go crew for any computer issues!

Where to begin. I dropped off an external hard drive that could no longer be read on 10/6/25. I paid a deposit for drive recovery of $50 with the understanding that, if it could be recovered, it might be in the range of $350-500. Fine. I was also told I'd hear back in 48 hours. I never did. Finally, 3 days later on 10/9/25 I called them. I was told it was taking longer than expected and I should hear back "tomorrow." I did not. Quick and easy. They diagnosed my laptop’s issues and quickly found a remedy. The staff were great and I received updates as things progressed. Will definitely be coming back!
