After disappointing results with other providers,I switched to Nerds to Go several years ago, and have been very happy every time I have needed them.
Called to get help setting up my new Wi-Fi I couldn’t get all my stuff to connect to the new company. I called and spoke w Ash. We set up an appointment. He called ahead to confirm, showed up on time, knew exactly how to help me and did just that. He had me up and running within the hour. He even went outside w me to make sure my solar got rebooted before he left. Such a great guy and a terrific experience. I hope I never need them again (no offense lol) but IF I do I’m calling these guys back!
