Brought in my laptop for service. Excellent knowledge, friendly service, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
Polite, patient, and professional. You can't ask for much more than that, but it doesn't hurt that they're considerate of your budget too.
Miles is good engineer and they found the key reason of my Computer problem. As per their invoice, material price is reasonable. After 12 calendar days after I dropped for diagnostic and I brought back with his diagnostic result. Because if my financial situation, I cannot allowed their repair cost but if I have a enough budget, I definitely ask them to repair. I deduct 1 star because of they did not return my hand-screw-connector for case.
Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My motherboard was toast, so they left the drives out and suggested options for transferring data from the drives to a new PC. I would definitely go back.
