When I dropped off my PC, Tony explained the initial diagnostic fee and how that would help assess the situation. That would give them a clear idea of what they needed to do to fix my computer. Awful in all respects, due to an untrustworthy, unreasonable, rude, and insulting boss with limited knowledge. Caveat emptor.
I have used NerdsToGo 4 times now and say that they have done a great job for me and my company.
These gentlemen did a perfect job cleaning up my laptop after clicking on just the wrong thing! They are thoughtful, explained what was needed, provided a cost up front and completed all of the work in timely manner! I will definitely return, although I hope I never have to! Highly recommend!
Miles was on time, polite, personable and knowledged on my issue with my printer! He explained everything very well and in detail! I’ll definitely call them with any future issues!
