I highly recommend Nerds To Go in Cary. I brought my computer in and they’ve come to my house before to fix issues. Nice staff and they know computers.
After the diagnostic, they had it to me within an hour and a half. I did end up catching them when they were really busy so it took some time for my work order to be started, but once they did, it was lightning fast. they returned everything to me in the way that I gave it to them but repaired. I really appreciate the work that they did, if only I could give a tip. 🤣
A great overall experience. NTG was able to diagnose a major problem, and prevented me from losing years of data. I am grateful for their expertise and for their great customer service. Highly recommend!
