Called Nerds to go regarding my laptop being hacked into. They were very accommodating in having me bring it in. It didn't take them long to get to it. Bryan did a thorough check of it and found 2 programs that had been dowloaded on it to gain access and removed them. He also added virus software on it as well. The staff is very professional as well.
I have used NTG’s services 3 times now and every time the staff is quick to respond, friendly, patient, and highly knowledgeable. They solved my latest IT problem providing quality of service and value for money. Thank you Steve and Thomas.
A terrific experience! Steve was the tech who came to the house and solved my WiFi issues. The appointment process is easy and they send email reminders ahead of the visit.
