Difficult to get response from 800 number but good support once i found the place.
The Nerds technician was efficient and hugely knowledgeable. My computer setup was completed with no problems.
They did a good job and came back to resolve another problem I gad . Bryan did a great job in setting up our two new computers and transferring the files. When I had a problem, Bryan came back and fixed the problem on both our computers. I would strongly recommend Nerds to Go to anyone!
My PC would not start. I was referred by a friend and they met me on a rush job over the Christmas New Years Holiday. I paid the rush fee and they assisted me quickly and efficiently. I left my PC for further diagnostics. They found some issues and I was up and running. All of the team was courteous and informative. Great Customer Service and Support!!
