I had called another service to replace my old computer with my new one. They needed to take mine in to their shop. I was afraid that they would take a day or two, so I remembered seeing a Nerds To Go store in our town. I called and they offered to come the same day, but I had already made plans that day. When I scheduled for them to come, they were very prompt and replaced the old with the new, and transferred everything over. I strongly recommend this service to anyone.
Tanmoy was prompt in responding to my request for assistance and was able to correct several issues in a single online visit. I am back in business and happy to have such reliable service!
