I brought an old laptop in due to it beeping and a Google search showed it was a battery issue. I tried fixing it myself but realized I couldn't. I found this place on Google and I was really satisfied with the help I received. Phillip helped me and he was so nice! Ultimately the problem was something that wasn't worth paying more money to fix or replace, as this laptop is older and we're only needing to use it for about another year.
