My parents contracted with The Neptune Society over 15 years ago and their end-of-life transitions went very smoothly. Today, my husband and I purchased our packages and feel relieved. Diane F was extremely patient and informative and made the process simple. I highly recommend The Neptune Society if cremation is your preferred method of disposition.
I've sent 2 emails the past 2 weeks for someone to come out and explain the procedures to me. My mom recommended this place. Not 1 reply back!! If I hear from them now I'd be amazed. I did the emails on their site too. So what gives!????
