My experience with Neptune Society has been so smooth and easy. I purchased my father's cremation package 2 years before he passed which I highly recommend if at all possible for someone whose passing is imminent . Once he passed Emily from the Fairfield office has been so supportive and helpful. She cares about her clients and will take great care of you.

I would like to commend the Neptune Society for the way they handled both of my parents at separate times. Each time they were responsive and respectful to make sure our needs were being met at such a difficult time. The whole process from start until the end was made as easy as possible. I reached out to the Neptune Society at a stressful time, not knowing what to do. They took care of every need that I had and offered many options. They kept me posted every step of the way. That fact that it was so seamless was everything to me. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable. I appreciate everything they did for us.
