The unexpected loss of a loved one is traumatic. I am so grateful that my husband and I had signed up with the Neptune Society awhile back. One phone call and everything was put into motion with minimal participation on my part, just as we wanted when we became members of the Neptune Society. The group in Fairfield has been wonderful, attentive and kind.
I want to thank Neptune Society for being so professional and sympathetic to our family sudden loss. Not only did they make me feel I was a priority but delivered everything that they promised. Not once did I feel I didn't know what was to be expected and they also gave me help with the obituary that was posted online. Thank you Amanda and Fran for all your assistance .
I wish I could give 10 stars! Amanda was so good to me finding out over a month later that my sister passed away. I was so distraught and devastated. Amanda was there for me from the very first phone call very sweet young lady very compassionate helpful just absolutely wonderful. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. God forbid this happens again she’s the first person I will call. She beat everyone’s price. Very thankful I found Neptune society. Thank you again, Amanda You rock!!!
The Team at Neptune Society provided exceptional care during one of the most difficult times in my life. Their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. They handled everything with kindness, sensitivity, and timeliness, which made a challenging situation much easier to navigate. I truly appreciated how supportive and helpful they were every step of the way. I’m very grateful for their services and would highly recommend them to others in need.
