Atrocious customer service. Call themselves happiness ambassadors which is so full of rubbish. They are the worst. Was told delivery had been attempted but our building has CCTV and there was no delivery attempted and they expect me to walk 2kms with a heavy 2M rug! I sent them evidence and they have ignored it. They have said if I don’t collect from post office they won’t refund or redeliver. What a shocking company!! Fault with the stitching straight out of the box. Try to get a new one but they need this one back. It’s a 4x2 mat that was vacuum sealed to get here and expect it to go back to them in a garbage bag! Don’t respond to emails and no other way of contacting them.
