My 73 year old mom who has underlying medical issues first called on Tuesday for an appointment and never heard back! She called 4x yesterday starting at 8am and never heard back!! Finally got a call from the on-call after hours who said to call this morning for an appointment she called first thing and was told she couldn’t get an appointment! I've been coming here since I was a kid and it has gone downhill. It takes forever to get someone on the phone to book an appointment. The online portal is also useless because the department where I usually go for my appointments isn't listed. They also don't respond to emails sent in portal so I'm not even sure why it even exists.
I take my granddaughter there i believe they have nice nurses and Doctor but the receptionist its always busy.. i have been trying to make an appointment since this morning and no luck. They need to start supervising the receptionist or get new people that are able and want to to help others. But they do have nice nurses and doctor.
I hate it there my appointment was at 11:00 they finally saw me at 12:00! I live in east bridge water now and I'm looking for a new doctor!as soon as I find one see ya!
I have been going to Neponset forever. I have seen the place go down hill. I can't even get threw to make an appt. Left on hold forever. I have to wait month to see the doctor. (Like trying to get an appt With the president.)
The most unprofessional receptionist, I literally got disrespected and plus she hung up on the phone with me , mind you I go there for my prenatal care. After I give birth that will be the last time I step foot in that clinic , me and my 4 year old and unborn child will be not dealing with this anymore. Every week is something , plus no one wanted to give them manager contact information.
