I feel compelled to share my experience with Dr. Swapna Kallu, nephrology specialist, to help others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, my visits were deeply disappointing. I met with Dr. Kallu on two seperate ocassions and chalked the first interaction to "just a bad day". I really like the doctor I was seeing but when I got home and started getting letters and calls from a group that said they were with NSPC and trying to get me to sign up for something special. After the first letter and call I call in to the doctors office and was told that they would take me off the call list. That did not happen. I started getting letters and calls again. So if you don’t want your information sold to an other company then DO NOT GO WITH THIS GROUP. They will sell your information.

Please do not trust these people with your health. Dr. Keightley is a crook. He will constantly want to see you so that he can keep billing your insurance company. He doesn’t offer solutions to your problems. The most annoying part is they NEVER answer the phone despite having someone always sitting at the front desk. I would give 0 stars if that was possible.
