I recently (2 weeks ago) made an appt at this office. I had a 9 am appt but was told to be there at 8:45am. I arrived at the appointed time to find a red note on the door stating office was closed and door locked! 2 other patients were also waiting. When they finally opened the door I went to sign in with the receptionist. She proceeded to tell me I did not have an appointment and her attitude was just as disappointing as the fact that they never scheduled the appointment they had given me. I think Dr Lin is fantastic. But before I go on. If you put in the address shown on google or the GPS link they send, it won't get you here. It's a bit confusing. There are no signs anywhere on the hospital grounds that says, "This Way to Nephrologist" Look for the signs that says "Pavilion" The office is located on the first floor of that building. This review is specifically for the front desk associate Kim. She is the absolute rudest woman I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life. I cannot fully express how awful this woman is to deal with when trying to find a doctor who can treat your child’s rare medical condition. She has absolutely zero business working with the public let alone being the first person you see or speak to when visiting this office.
