Doctor care: 5/5 First let me say that all my interactions with Dr. Ali have been wonderful. However, I showed up for my latest appointment in Manistee five minutes early but did not get called to see the doctor until exactly 30 minutes after my scheduled time. There are signs saying if you are 15 minutes or more behind your appointment time to let the receptionist know. When I did, she said ‘That’s for Munson. We’re not Munson.’ Seriously? Dr. Chowdhury is a blessing to me. He is very kind and makes me feel it's ok to ask questions.
Dr. Ali’s office is ridiculous. The days that people are in the office they will answer the phone by placing you on a hold. Very inaccessible and rude office workers. If they’re split too thinly then no one gets great service. If you have any other options choose a different doctor and definitely choose a different office. Perhaps people need to remember that you should be in your profession to help people not to pass the buck and not answer the phone calls and questions of the patients.
Dr. Ali found my rare Kidney issue when no one else could has been wonderful in treating me. Takes the time to sit and explain everything with me. Office staff is very friendly and always happy. Nurses are a joy to talk to. Would recommend.
