I had my five year dental review today... Great experience! Kelli spent time updating my info, photos and x-rays as well as wanting my thoughts as to the present state of my dental health as well as future goals. I've been in a number of dental offices over the years..but never felt like I received such personalized care! The Doctors and whole staff are fantastic and are ALWAYS up to date with the latest technology! Five Stars is an understatement!
I had an initial assessment to see if there is any hope of fixing my teeth. Dr. Sharp seemed optimistic that he can in fact transform my smile into something that I can be proud of. Every one of the staff I encountered was kind, welcoming, and upbeat. I appreciated the background music the doctor was playing. It helped my comfort level immensely. After avoiding the dentist and then only going when beyond necessary, I have found the place to go, and come back to. Most of us lust after a perfect, healthy smile, but a few bad experiences can change that desire. It most certainly did for me. Pain, embarrassment, finances...all of it. Been there. The Sharp Smile Center has been extremely responsive to my dental needs by getting me in with very short notice. What a great staff!
There’s nothing fun about getting an implanted front tooth...except for hanging with the amazing dentists (Michael and Karen) and tech. staff (Jessica, Kelly, Amanda & Jayme) at the Sharp Smile Center!! I’ve experienced exceptional dental care and office support (Denise, Karen & Emma) from these wonderful, talented and engaging professionals.
It's always good to be in good hands when at the dental office. The Sharp Smile Center is staffed with highly motivated folks from the front door to the dental chair. Dr. Sharp is always learning and continuously improving the office to take on most any issue one might have. I think that this is the best dentist office in lower Michigan.
All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable - cutting edge dentistry right in Kalamazoo!!! Dr. Mitchell is awesome!!
