I have a liver disease and oftentimes, this increases the possibility for kidney disease. For that reason, I was referred to Nephrology Associates in order to have my lab's done and reviewed by a nephrologist. At my first appointment, I was told I would be getting labs done and the doctor would review them and bring me in for a consultation. I like going to see the doctor here.Its very nice.The building is very clean and airy.You don't have to wait forever to see the doctor. One of my favorite doctors to go to.

I called the Murfreesboro Clinic to check on a referral that was sent to them 2 weeks ago and the lady was so rude just because I had asked a couple of questions. It was like she was annoyed that she even answered the phone, so no thank you ma'am. I called Vanderbilt Nephrology in Franklin and they gladly assisted me with everything!
I have tried to get in touch with the office to obtain medical records and they do not answer the phone or say when they will be open. No response from messages left. My husband has had a terrible experience with customer service!!! Worst medical experience he has ever had!!!!
