Excellent support. Understaffed but quality of staff is a priority.
Poor office space. Not enough chairs to sit. Not ventilation. Prime place to catch flu and covid.
This is one of the if not the most unprofessional medical offices in the country. The front office is incredibly rude especially this lady called Kimberly she actually yells at patients for being sick..... This practice is one of the most inefficiently run practices I have ever been to. They absolutely do not care that there is a human being on the other end of their appointments. The doctor I saw was condescending ,and refused to give me ANY nutritional guidance or the contact information for a renal dietician so that I can try and slow the progression of my kidney disease.
