Dr. Brumback always takes the extra time to explain things I dont understand that my husband is going through. He is the best of all of my husband's specialist Doctors.
Office clerk was not pleasant never said hello, and I ended up being 10 minutes late, even though I was there 35 minutes before my appointment, couldn't find a parking spot, had to go to another garage, made it to 4th floor and found a space, then got to office and explained I never was addressed or spoken to until she ask if I filled out paper work which I did, then I sat down in front of her due to I have bad knees, waited 5 to 10 minutes she came around to me an told me I couldn't be seen until 3 my appt was 10:45.
