Friendly office staff and worked hard to accommodate our needs. Very thorough and explained everything very well.
We showed up for our appointment and were told they had called to cancel our appointment because we didn't have current lab work. That was not true! We just had lab work in May but they didn't bother to recheck our lab for current lab work. Also they told us they had left us a message to cancel our appointment... they lied! We had no message! Instead of checking on their mistake the receptionist just looked at us and repeated to us that appointment was canceled due to no current lab work. She didn't budge, didn't try to look... read more
