We showed up for our appointment and were told they had called to cancel our appointment because we didn't have current lab work. That was not true! We just had lab work in May but they didn't bother to recheck our lab for current lab work. Also they told us they had left us a message to cancel our appointment... they lied! We had no message! I called to make an appointment and told them I need to make an appointment... so they put me on hold. 40 minutes of being on hold later I hang up and call back. The office is now closed and they left me on hold as they all left. How disgustingly unprofessional. How long did the lady who answered the phone expect me to wait while she was on her way home?
