Was given an appointment time of 11am. Was not preliminary tested until 11.30am then now it is 11.45am and I am yet to see the doctor. Why not make my appointment time 11.30 if there is no possible chance of me being attended to any earlier. My time is just as valuable as the doctor’s. This is a case of poor scheduling.
Ive had glaucoma for many years and I have every confidence in the treatment Dr Arvind and her staff give me to keep my sight. They are wonderful people and professional.
I have been seeing Dr Hema Arvind for many years. She is kind and respectful and VERY good at her job. As I have had only one working eye for most of my life I do not say this lightly
