My wife and I came in for a pregnancy scan because they were the only centre open on the weekend. The married couple at the counter were extremely friendly and comforting, however the ultrasound technician made it a genuinely awful experience for us. He had terrible bedside manner and blamed my wife for things that were out of our control (e.g. he chastised her for being constipated, which made the scan more difficult for him). Had a great visit here recently, I was very happy with the experience I had from start to finish. It was a smooth process with all friendly staff. I mostly dealt with Anne who was very kind and helpful throughout.
