Rudest receptionist! Do not recommend
This is honestly the worst imaging centre I’ve ever seen, the receptionist was so rude and the scan itself was horrible for my wife, I would not recommend this to anyone!!
I was hesitant to attend this facility for a scan based off the previous reviews however they were the only place available within the timeframe I needed, safe to say I was worried for no reason, Robert was my technician and he was very nicely spoken and respectful towards me and my partner. He let me know what was happening at all times throughout the process and it was an overall great experience, I'll definitely come back here for any future scans.
Great reception with married couple but a couple of selfish technicians, rushing and leaving me to pick up my things and rush out whilst on portable oxygen therapy! I had sit and rest before leaving and was told I don’t need to wait! I said Zim catching my breath! Lucky my daughter came in to help me!
