Dinesh really hooked it up! I told him I wanted double hoop for a single piercing and he just made it happen. Totally understood the vision! Highly recommend

I asked for prices of some items but the owner did not seem to want to answer or give any sort of information. Almost as though he was looking down on me. His interaction was really disappointing, as though he was doing us all a favor by just being there. To be very clear, the staff were pleasant, but the OWNER was not. Seemed arrogant and dismissive, won't be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience at Nepal Jewelry & Repair Inc. in Jackson Heights. The shop is clean, welcoming, and easy to find on Roosevelt Avenue. The staff are friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable about jewelry. They take the time to listen carefully and make sure customers get exactly what they are looking for. I really love their designs, but I wish the store owner especially the man were a bit more friendly. His tone and expression came off as unwelcoming, which really put me off. Even though I like their products, I haven’t felt comfortable enough to make a purchase yet.
