I went there to see gold chain and asked for a staff to show me some chains if it’s possible but he was busy video chatting on his own phone not giving a damn care not even a greetings and me waiting there almost 10 minutes and have to leave the store. Lazy staff with Worst service…why do people hire staff like that or is he the owner ??? I thought let’s give business to our own people rather than buying somewhere else. For attitude like that never ever going back again and won’t suggest anyone.

We visited this jewelry store with the intention of purchasing a ring, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The staff were not welcoming and lacked basic customer service skills. Their attitude felt unprofessional and egoistic, which made us uncomfortable as customers. Based on our experience, I would not recommend visiting this shop !!!
