Horrible mechanics and even worse customer service. I took my BMW 550i in for a oil leak and left with a even bigger one. I was robbed of 1700 dollars by these people and when I called to complain the lady found my frustration amusing. The mechanics that worked on my car WERE NOT BMW CERTIFIED. They made me pay for parts that they broke while uninstalling them on my car and lied by saying they needed to be replaced. Please stay away. Neotech Stop stealing peoples hard earned money.
