Some of the nurses there were so unprofessional and it was a very bad experience here for me.

A l&D nurse whispered "Are you guys going to keep the baby?" To my husband while I was in pain in the bathroom. They also told me " The fact that your crying is a problem it's not helping" while I'm in pain and terrified of my 28weeker dying cause her heart rate was severely low.

The entire experience here is a long story. The nurses were excellent. Dr Sosa and Dr Cohen we’re about the only two competent doctors who actually listened to us parents. I won’t say anything about the rest, it’s a waste of time. Excellent rehab staff, social work, and surgeons who know what they are doing. Dr Manalo would speak to you as if you were completely incompetent and would never explain any... read more

First off, I just want to say that my birthing experience at Sutter was amazing, they have so many helpful resources and all the nurses are wonderful, especially the ones in NICU. If it weren't for two doctors or neonatologists that I've encountered in NICU, I would be leaving a 5-star review. However those two doctors are on another level. I declined an optional test (the details of the test are not important for the sake of this review) the day my baby was born and since declining it, I was harrassed every single day by ph... read more
