The worst customer service! I dropped off a skirt 2 weeks ago. I stopped by last week to retrieve and they had lost pins where to hem to with no apology. I wemt in today at 3:15pm w closed sign- back tomorrow. There are too many good tailors here to put up with this very unprofessionalism!!! I will get my skirt tomorrow and say see ya!
Ruined my trousers. I brought a pair of trousers to Neon's tailor. The job was simple, she was supposed to adjust the length and the waist. That was it. Now I have weird-looking trousers, tight in the front, loose in the back... My trousers are completely ruined! I am very disappointed because it was an expensive pair of trousers plus she charged me $40 for the alterations. I bought my trousers at Macy's in Galleria, and they advised me to do the alterations here. Please don't. Save your time, money, and clothes.
