Walked in and I can tell they let the new girl take all the walk ins. Worst thing ever - 1. She didn't even bother to ask what kind of pedicure service I wanted she just went straight to the basic one. 2. She was done with the first foot in less than 10mins 3. I went with my wife to Neon Nail, and even though I didn’t get anything done myself, I still wanted to leave a review because we had a really good experience. The staff was amazing from the start. Everyone was upbeat, friendly, and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. What stood out the most was how helpful they were with recommendations. Used ClassPass to get a basic manicure and basic pedicure. The service here was PHENOMENAL and they didn’t treat me any differently using the class pass. I let Tay pick out my color and she did a great job matching my vibe. They talked to me and every other guest like we had been the best of friends and this was a first time visit for me.
