I found Neon Nails on google maps and decided to try them out for myself. They truly lived up to the great reviews! The entire team was so sweet and kind upon walking in and my entire session. I did builder gel + shellac set and shellac pedicure and the attention to detail was spectacular. Not to mention, their rates were not outrageous like some of the salons in the area. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending!!

I’ve loved this place for years!!! They ACTUALLY take the time to care for your nails. I had horrible ingrowns after a new nail person somewhere else was was not experienced and messed me up. I came here when I moved back to Houston bc I knew they would treat me right. They took extra time and the owner even helped. The owners husband also helped me park out front when it was full. They treat you and their workers like family. They also stand on a stool behind you for the best massage while you get your nails done. I am a lo... read more

Disappointed with the overall experience. I was charged before the service was even completed, which felt rushed and unprofessional. I left a 25% tip, but noticed the staff watching closely to see how much I’d leave—almost as if the quality of the service would depend on it. Unfortunately, even with that tip, the service was below standard. The manicure was one of the worst I’ve had. Cuticles were barely touched, and the edges of my nails weren’t smoothed out properly.
