About a year and a half ago, I canceled my membership because, for four months, they had no esthetician, leaving me paying for nothing. I gave them another shot recently, booking services for my wedding (just days away), only to have them cancel on me with a cold automated email. When I called they had no solution except offering an impossibly early appointment. When I booked 3 months ago they reassured me they had back up plans in the works for there esthetician who was going on maternity leave. They would have another repl... read more
