We raise Holstein bulls for resale and have used Neogen for 4 yrs or so for A2a2 testing.Have been generally happy with service however this year their service sucks. Sent in over 80 samples and they called me after 2 months and said they lost my payment info .zGot that taken care of but in meantime I switched my email address by phone call and now they can't find my test results I paid $1200 + for.
