We raise Holstein bulls for resale and have used Neogen for 4 yrs or so for A2a2 testing.Have been generally happy with service however this year their service sucks. Sent in over 80 samples and they called me after 2 months and said they lost my payment info .zGot that taken care of but in meantime I switched my email address by phone call and now they can't find my test results I paid $1200 + for. We have used Paw Print Genetics for many years. What a wonderful company that taught us so many things and took time to help educate us. We have been disappointed in the recent merger with Neogen. The delays on testing our breeders has left us waiting on testing and interactions with Megan Z. in customer service makes us wonder if we want to continue using this company.
