I had an amazing eye exam with Dr. Baumer. He was able to update my contacts and glasses while also helping me manage the complications of my nearsightedness. I left the appointment fully assured I was in great hands. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an eye doctor!
Amanda at patient services is a complete gem. Not only is she nice approachable and understanding, she takes the time out of her day to help you understand any confusion you may be having and goes the extra mile to make this feel like a personal experience for you! High recommend!
the receptionist at this location (or call center) needs a new job not dealing with the public. the most unprofessional and rude experience i could’ve imaged. ending with her being being aggressive and hanging up on me for asking if my insurance was accepted at their locations
I really appreciate that Dr. Bolinger caught my retinal detachment back in April. Not only did she get me into her office the very same day I was experiencing symptoms, but she secured me a specialist at Retina Associates of Ohio that afternoon. This immediate follow up was critical because it diagnosed the retinal tear and confirmed the detachment. I was recommended to undergo surgery right away or on the following day.
