if i could leave a no star i would. i'm beyond upset at this company. i made an appointment Yesterday for my three-year-old cat. He is an amputee and recently got his leg removed so he's really horrified of going to groomers in general or even just being put inside of his container. he's great with water and baths, but transport is a pain.
