I absolutely love coming to Neo Nails for my pedicures! Helen is the absolute sweetest—her kindness and care are truly unmatched. Not only does she provide the best quality pedicures, but she also makes every visit such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It’s hard to find someone who puts so much heart into their work, and Helen does just that. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service in a welcoming atmosphere. Can’t wait for my next visit!

DO NOT GO HERE! I moved from Hot Springs to Conway years ago. I was in Hot Springs this weekend and needed a pedicure. I read reviews of all the nails shops as it had been years since I had been to one in Hot Springs. Neo Nails specifically had numerous reviews stating they had “the best pedicures” in Hot Springs. I made an appointment for 5PM (I asked for 5:30PM, but was told to come at 5PM which I was promptly there at 5PM) and was left soaking until after 6PM.
