My wife was just butchered here. She came in with a photo, and was reassured that she could do this. Near the end she started saying how my wife had a lot of hair, she had said this several times, inviting the notion that she was aware that she screwed up. Her male associate had asked to see the pic at the end and said nothing. Avoid this establishment at all cost. Lots of hair is not an excuse for incompetence...
I have been going to Hava for years and I highly recommend her and Neo Salon! Based on my request, Hava has been able to keep my hair long, yet stylish. Now I have gone a bit shorter. She's succeeded at covering the grey with a great colour and highlights that are perfect! I was calling them to inquire about a hair spa service , just trying to lknow what kind or types of spa they offer and the person on the phone was so unprofessional rude and wouldn’t even let me speak. He constantly kept saying just walk to the salon I can’t tell u anything on the phone . That’s so fishy . I would never recommend anyone to go and give your hard earned money to these people who don’t even lknow how to talk and deal with their customers.
Just moved to this section of town and NEO is wonderful. Highly recommend them! Great prices too!!
