As a first timer with NEO Duct Cleaning, I am very impressed and satisfied with the work done. They arrived at the scheduled time, were personable and efficient. I'd had a dryer duct clog. The workers were polite, cordial and explained what they were doing and how their service helped my dryer vent issue. I am completely satisfied both with their work and their manner both when I called to arrange the service and while in my home. I recommend them highly.
Kyle and the team did a fabulous job with our complicated dryer setup. They really went above and beyond when the vent in our newly purchased house turned out to have been painted shut, leading to a vent full of lint and a major fire risk. They gave a clear explanation of the issue and walked me through the options, and gave a very fair price for the additional work. They were polite, very easy to work with, and left the place cleaner than they found it. We'll definitely be back to work with them in the future.
