I had an excellent experience. I'm one of those grown adults that are afraid of the dentist still. But, with the exams and cleaning I was not uncomfortable for any reason other than my paranoia. All the dentist were professional and nice.
I definitely hate the dentist but this was the best experience I've had at one.
Dr. Alamo does meticulous work and almost no discomfort. I very much recommend him.
All of the staff was very helpful and kind. Dr. Gonzalez stepped right up to the plate and took care of not only the infection but the problem in general. He made excellent suggestions on treatments. I would recommend Neo Dentistry to everyone.
Lisa and Dr. Gonzales were great! They were both very nice and very informative answering my all my questions. The only complaint I have is because I hadn't been to the dentist in about a year and a half (lack of insurance), I was told I needed to get a cleaning a bit more extensive than a normal cleaning. Because of this, they only examined my teeth and told me to make another appointment for the cleaning, which is kind of inconvenient because I work during the day and have to request time off again. As always the staff is courteous and helpful. Heather, their hygienist, was thorough but gentle. Dr. Alamo is fabulous.
Very friendly staff, willing to discuss all of your concerns with you and the treatment is thoroughly done.
