I love going to NEO, the staff and DMD's are always very nice and actually act like they really care about their patients. The way the staff treats the patients is very important to me, I want to feel like they care about my needs and that's exactly how we feel when we go to NEO.
Routine cleaning and check-up was a very pleasant experience! Always a nice visit with Heather!
This was my first visit at Neo Dentistry. I picked this place over others mainly because of the hours and needing a late appointment due to my work schedule. The place was very neat and clean. The staff were very friendly. The dental assistant took her time during my cleaning which was great. I had an overall great experience and definitely will be returning for future service!!
I LOVE going to the dentist! This entire staff is courteous, professional and ALWAYS on time. They have a way of making me feel like I am the only patient that they have. I never feel rushed through my appointment, in fact, Drs. Alamo and Gonzalez go the extra mile to ensure that all my concerns/questions are answered.
This was my first visit to the dentist after just moving to the Austin area. I read many reviews before selecting Neo Dentistry and I was not disappointed. All the positive reviews I read were true! The staff was professional, provided great service and explained the procedures that they were performing. I even received phone calls to let me know about the road construction and the best way to get to the office - that was greatly appreciated.
