Aside from the challenges finding your office, my daughter and I were very impressed by the warmth of the entire staff from walk in to cleaning and of course our dentist. As a deaf family, I would encourage you to use a iPad for your communications with deaf patients in lieu of paper and pen-faster and easy to read. Very nice and polite. Gentle while cleaning and they have TVs to watch while getting your teeth cleaned.
The people at Neo made me feel very comfortable.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
The staff is wonderful. They take great care of my daughter and she is not so nervous going to the dentist because she has full trust and knows Dr. Gonzales and his staff will always do a great job. Keep up the great work!!
Excelente servicio y personal, dentista y docto
Well I went in to have all four wisdom teeth removed in one session. I received medication before my surgery at 9am, and woke up 5 hours later at home. I don't remember a single moment between, but the wounds from the extraction were very well done. Customer care/ service was phenomenal leading up to the procedure, and I even received a phone call today (the day after the extraction) to ensure I was still okay.
