The office has always been able to get an appointment set for me. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Staff are personable and lovely.
Both Dr. Gonzales and his assistant are great.
The reason why I keep going to neo dentistry is because Dr. Alamos is so friendly and welcoming which I really like . the dental hygienist in the other hand aren't like him .

I was originally unsure about the type of service I would get for anything beyond simple cleanings.I was impressed. Especially with the Dental Assistant. Most Dental assistance I have experienced in the past simply just spray water into my mouth and do suction.This woman E'stephaney did a lot of work with intensity and focus. Great staff! Everyone is so nice and makes the visit so comfortable that I actually don't mind going to the dentist anymore.
I had a wonderful experience at Neo Dentisty! They were professional, informative, and gentle. My hygienist took her time and made me feel extremely comfortable, she explained what she was doing every step of the way. This is my first dental experience in Texas and they have set a really high standard.
Very attentive staff and friendly.
Tho I wish I was asked if I didn't mind another dentist in lieu of the appt. w/Dr. Alamo (since not available) before my appt. arrival, I did like Dr. Gonzalez! He explained what he saw & his opinion on possible work needed in the future. His down-to-earth attitude made me feel more trusting as a new patient.I also had a very good & relaxing experience with Kayla, the hygienist. She was friendly, & explained what was happening in relation to my teeth cleaning/answering my questions also.
