I feel so welcome and the staff is wonderful. I have recommend Neo to all my friends looking for a new dentist.
I'm a new patient and had my first appointment in April. I was quite impressed. They have all the latest equipment. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist also came in for an examination and spent quite of bit of time with me to get to know me and my history.
My initial cleaning and exam were great. I have made an appointment for a new crown with Dr. Gonzales
The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. The person in charge of billing was not as courteous and friendly, Overall I had a fairly good experience.
The entire staff is so friendly, and Dr. Alamo is an exceptional dentist. He seems to truly care and takes the time to listen to you and answer all of your questions. I highly recommend Neo Dentistry!
