From the initial phone call, to the delivery of our clean area rug, all of the employees I interacted with at Neo were incredibly professional, and extremely customer oriented. When my rug was delivered, they called to let me know they were on their way, they carefully moved my furniture so the rug would be laid just right, and fixed a piece on my couch so everything would go back properly.
