What a joke! These people took over Neo Midtown in Dallas Texas. They literally destroyed a beautiful community! I lived there for 3 years! And I was going to stay many more until this company took over! They do not know what customer service means! They over promise and do nothing! They are rude beyond belief! I’ve been here for years (since 2018). I’ve enjoyed my stay until this new company that bought Neo out. The front desk is rude and ignorant. They are difficult with everything. Nothing gets repaired anymore. It is not safe living here. Gates left open and/or not working. Trash everywhere.
