I have been using Nena's Balm of Gilead Spritz to reduce the pain from arthritis for more than 5 years. I just love it! It's great for back pain and knee, leg and shoulder pain also among many things. Her 20 second drops are amazing for pain as well. Ask her to try them. Nena's makes all her products with love I think you will be satisfied.
