Dr. Bugarija is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. He is an excellent listener which is so important between doctor and patient. He takes your concerns seriously and takes all the necessary steps to help find out what is going on with your health. He is also excellent at returning messages and phone calls another very important thing for me. He runs on time and yet takes all the time you need when you have a problem. I can’t recommend him highly enough, on a scale of one to 10, 10 being the best. He’s a 12.

As somebody who simply wanted a recommendation to a mental health professional, both UPMC and Dr. Gold's office have cause me nothing but pain. I has been 2 months with no appointment and I have given up with them all together. I was told by a health technician from the office that because i was not able to sign in to their mobile app after 2 weeks with tech support that I was (and this is a DIRECT QUOTE) "OUT OF LUCK AND WILL JUST HAVE TO RESCHEDULE I GUESS" This is embarrassing for the supposed top medical company in the U... read more
Great experience with Dr. Bugarija. He listens and advises accordingly. Proactively supports healthy lifestyle and does not push medication use unless required. Understanding and trustworthy.
I can’t say good enough things about Dr Bugarija and his support stuff He listens to concerns, looking at the problems from different angles, puts serious effort in solving the problem. He is not a doctor who comes in for 3 minutes and leaves for the PA to do the rest of the exam. He is always available to address any concerns. A real compassionate doctor. My trust goes so far that all of my family members and most of my fields go to his practice. Nobody was ever disappointed or mistreated.
