Worst customer service ever. I went to sell my car and was initially offered $17,500 with same-day payment. After confirming I'd return the next day, the experience turned into a frustrating game. I was made to visit multiple times over 4 days, given excuses, and the staff acted unprofessionally and rudely. Communication was poor, and I was constantly given the runaround.
